This assay kit is designed for the rapid assessment of the suitability of TR-FRET compatible microplate readers to perform Europium-based TR-FRET measurements. It can be used to set up the instrument, to verify and optimize its measurement settings, to assess and validate its performance, and for the comparison of different readers.
