Standard Hole Array contains high-quality through holes with smooth edges punched only using iBiochips’ Robotic Punching System. Hole Array-Chamber is pre-assembled with a standard 1-well removable chamber slide. The formed devices have very flat microwell bottom surfaces beneficial for subsequent microscopy imaging. The formed high-density microwell array allows for performing multiplex assays in a single device. Cells may be isolated, cultured, and assayed in microwells with hydrophobic well-well barriers.
