26-616, Haemophilus Test Medium (HTM) w/o NAD. Haemophilus Test Medium (HTM) is used in the dilution antimicrobial succeptability testing (AST) of Haemophilus influenzae and other fastidious respiratory pathogens. This formulation is supplemented with the X factor (hematin) but not the V (NAD) growth factors. For differentiation of XV, NAD must be added to this medium. PREPARED CULTURE MEDIA.
