26-804, Ampicillin Solution, 8 mg/ml. REAGENTS. Our Antibiotic Solutions/Discs are specifically formulated for use in bacterial mutagenicity assays. Ampicillin is used as a culture medium additive when growing pKM101-containing strains. Tetracycline is used as a culture medium additive for growth of pAQ1-containing strains (TA102).
