26-812, Mitomycin C, 0.2 µg/disc. REAGENTS. Our Antibiotic Solutions/Discs are specifically formulated for use in bacterial mutagenicity assays. Ampicillin is used as a culture medium additive when growing pKM101-containing strains. Tetracycline is used as a culture medium additive for growth of pAQ1-containing strains (TA102). Mitomycin C, Ampicillin, Crytal Violet and Tetracyline discs are used in phenotype confirmation procedures set forth in the µAmes assay. For Research Use Only
