KAVYNFATC is a linear peptidic epitope (epitope ID30001) studied as part of Pre-glycoprotein polyprotein GP complex from Lymphocytic choriomeningitis mammarenavirus. This epitope has been studied for immune reactivity, tested in T cell assays, B cell assays and MHC ligand assays. LCMV-derived peptide of KAVYNFATC sequence covering 33-41 and H-2D(b) molecule. It recognizes human CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
