This Seamless Assembly Master Mix (2X) uses Gibson cloning principle to allow efficiently assembly of multiple DNA fragments, regardless of fragment length or end compatibility. The insert and the linearized vector need the overlapped sequences of 15 bp - 20 bp on both 5' - and 3' -end, respectively. A positive control with the mixture of insert and linearized vector is included.
