A rapid and effective assay kit detecting the levels of anti-Dengue Envelope (E) in human serum can facilitate research on antibodies produced in response to Dengue virus infection or vaccines.

This kit was tested to bind to a published monoclonal antibody (1A1D2) starting from concentration of 10 μg/ml.

This kit is developed for serologic test for human IgG titer of Anti-Dengue E antibody in serum/plasma or purified human antibody (monoclonal & polyclonal) in vitro. It is for research use only.
