Ebola virus caused several outbreaks with the most widespread one at 2013-2016. There are several strains identified, including Sudan (SUDV), Zaire (EBOV) and others. A rapid and effective assay kit detecting the levels of anti-Ebola glycoprotein (GP) in human serum can facilitate research on antibodies produced in response to Ebola infection or vaccines.

This kit was tested to bind to a published monoclonal antibody (CA45) starting from concentration of 10 μg/ml.

This kit is developed for serologic test for human IgG titer of Anti-Ebola GP antibody in serum/plasma or purified human antibody (monoclonal & polyclonal) in vitro. It is for research use only.
