Marburg virus caused sporadic outbreaks including one in 2022. There are several strains identified, including Ravn, Musoke and Angola. A rapid and effective assay kit detecting the levels of anti-Marburg glycoprotein (GP) in human serum can facilitate research on antibodies produced in response to Marburg virus infection or vaccines.

This kit was tested to bind to a published monoclonal antibody (MR191) starting from concentration of 10 μg/ml.

This kit is developed for serologic test for human IgG titer of Anti- Marburg GP antibody in serum/plasma or purified human antibody (monoclonal & polyclonal) in vitro. It is for research use only.
