Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) caused the pandemic of COVID-19. A rapid and effective assay kit detecting the levels of anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike in human serum can facilitate research on antibodies produced in response to SARS-CoV-2 infection or vaccines.

This kit was tested to bind to various published monoclonal antibodies, including COVA1-16 or CB6, and negative control, starting from concentration of 10 μg/ml.
