Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) caused the pandemic of COVID-19. A rapid and effective assay kit detecting the levels of anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike in human serum can facilitate research on antibodies produced in response to SARS-CoV-2 infection or vaccines.
These kits were tested to bind to monoclonal antibodies in IgA format (Cat. No. Q74F36) or human sera, see figures.
This kit is developed for serologic test for human IgA titer of Anti-SARS-CoV-2 trimeric Spike (Wuhan Strain) antibody from serum/plasma or other tissues (e.g. mucosal samples) in vitro. It is for research use only. Antibodies of IgM and IgA class are a sign of an active infection (primary infection and reactivation) and disappear during convalescence. In some cases they can persist for several months.
