Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) caused the pandemic of COVID-19. The receptor-binding domain (RBD) subunit of the spike protein is to bind to its receptor on target cell surface (ACE2). A rapid and effective assay kit detecting the levels of anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike RBD in human serum can facilitate research on antibodies produced in response to SARS-CoV-2 infection or vaccines.

This kit was tested to bind to various published monoclonal antibodies, including CR3022 or CB6, starting from concentration of 10 μg/ml.
