HIV (mouse immunodeficiency virus) is a virus that attacks the body's immune system. HIV-1 lineage is more prevalent than HIV-2. A rapid and effective assay kit detecting the levels of anti-HIV-1 glycoprotein (GP) in mouse serum can facilitate research on antibodies produced in response to HIV-1 virus infection or vaccines.

This kit is developed for serologic test for mouse IgG (including IgG1, IgG2 IgG3, IgG4) titer of Anti-HIV-1 GP antibody in serum/plasma or purified mouse antibody (monoclonal & polyclonal) in vitro. It is for research use only.
