Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (SARS) caused the outbreak at 2002-2004 with over 8,000 people infection and 774 deaths. The receptor-binding domain (RBD) subunit of the spike protein is to bind to its receptor on target cell surface (ACE2). A rapid and effective assay kit detecting the levels of anti-SARS Spike RBD in mouse serum can facilitate research on antibodies produced in response to SARS infection or vaccines.
This kit is developed for serologic test for mouse IgG (including IgG1, IgG2 IgG3, IgG4) titer of Anti-SARS Spike RBD antibody in serum/plasma or purified mouse antibody (monoclonal & polyclonal) in vitro. It is for research use only.
