A recombinant form of the receptor binding domain (RBD with amino acids 334 to 516) of the spike (S) glycoprotein gene from severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus (SARS-CoV), (GenBank: AY278554.2) was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK293 cells, followed by purification. This product contains C-terminal 8 hexa-histidine tag and HA tag. Amino acid sequence is available upon request. This product has been run on SDS-PAGE with reduced condition. We also evaluated the binding of one SARS Positive control mAbs and published 80R and CR3022 antibodies in ELISAs, see results.
