A recombinant form of the N-terminal domain (NTD with amino acids 1 to 305) of the spike (S) glycoprotein gene from severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), Wuhan-Hu-1 (GenBank: MN908947) was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK293 cells, followed by purification. This product contains C-terminal hexa-histidine tag and Avi tag. Amino acid sequence is available upon request. This product has been run on SDS-PAGE with reduced condition and SEC. We also evaluated the binding of two SARS2 control mAbs (RV57 and RV94) and CR3022 antibody in ELISAs, see results.
