Human CD8 alpha&beta (CD8A&CD8B) Heterodimer Protein was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. CD8 alpha (CD8A ectodomain, Ser 22 - Asp 182, Accession: P01732-1) was fused with a domain called “key domain” (proprietary technology), followed with HRV3C cleavage and Myc and Twin-Strep tags at the C-terminus. CD8 beta (CD8B ectodomain, Leu 22 - Pro 170, Accession: P10966-1) was fused with a domain called “lock domain” (proprietary technology), followed with HRV3C cleavage and 6 hexa-histidine tag at the C-terminus. The purity has been examined by reducing SDS-PAGE, where protein migrates ~62 kDa. We evaluated its binding to anti-His tag antibody (clone RV7, Cat.No. J96C86), anti-Myc tag antibody (clone RV19, Cat.No. M52T82), and a human CD8A-specific antibody (clone RV65, Cat.No. U18G96) in ELISAs. This protein simultaneously binding to His and Myc tag-specific antibodies validates the heterodimeric conformation. The protein can be cleaved using HRV3C for tag-free.
