HCoV QuadPlex is a 1-well, multiplex qPCR assay that amplifies nucleic acids of four seasonal coronaviruses: 229E, NL63, OC43 and HKU1; shown in Table 1. This reagent includes an extraction/amplification internal control.The reagents are compatible with the Applied Biosystems® QuantStudio™ 5 and 7 real-time PCR systems.
