Aminoethyl-PolyHRP40, extra aminated derivative of the PolyHRP40 suitable for covalent coupling with e.g. NHS-haptens yielding stable specific Hapten-PolyHRP40 conjugates for ultrasensitive detection of haptens in competitive immunoassays. Supplied as concentrated liquid reagent in dedicated stabilizer pH 7,2 optimized for NHS & Sulfo-SMCC activation. Aminoethyl-PolyHRP40 can readily be processed into maleimide-activated PolyHRP using Sulfo-SMCC. Maleimid-AEP40 can further be used for labeling thiolated antibodies and antigens. Previously the minimum order volume for AEP40 was 5 mg. Label was manufactured essentially as a custom product, and synthesizing lesser than 5 mg amount was in fact unprofitable.
