d-biotin is a natural vitamin that binds to avidin strongly and irreversibly. This antibody was developed and affinity purified using d-Biotin as antigen. The antibody binds biotin strongly but reversibly. This antibody was conjugated with FITC and has been used or indirect flourescent staining studies.
