Zika virus caused epidemic in Brazil from 2015-2016. A rapid and effective assay kit detecting the levels of anti-Zika Envelope (E) in human serum can facilitate research on antibodies produced in response to Zika virus infection or vaccines.
This kit was tested to bind to published monoclonal antibodies (ZV67, EDE1-C8) starting from concentration of 10 μg/ml.
This kit is developed for serologic test for human IgG titer of Anti-Zika E antibody in serum/plasma or purified human antibody (monoclonal & polyclonal) in vitro. It is for research use only.
