Serim offers two specialty sanitizer test strips to help food safety/restaurant staff quickly determine when sanitizer solutions are outside the target range. In addition to our easy to read color blocks, our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) test strips designate both the Target Range and STOP/Replace range. Our Quaternary Ammonium Compounds (QAC) QSR test strips provide the same quality and ease of use as our other Food Safety and Sanitation test strips.The Serim MONITOR™ for QAC QSR Test strip provides color blocks at intervals specifically designed for QAC sanitizers with a lower recommended target concentration. Sanitizing Solutions within the target range of 150 – 400 ppm are designated in GREEN, concentrations outside this range are designated in RED and identified with STOP.

Test Range：

A semi-quantitative measurement of the QAC sanitizer concentration between 0 and 800ppm can be made by comparing the color of the reacted indicator pad to the color chart on the bottle label.Color blocks represent QAC concentrations of 0, 75, 150, 400 and 800 ppm.
