Mobilized Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (MNCs) are isolated from donors injected with 240μg/kg of Plerixafor® (aka Mozobil) the day before collection. Isolated MNCs are characterized by flow cytometry to ensure a highly enriched and viable cell population. Cells were obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved consent forms and protocols.
