Human peripheral blood CD19+ B cells are isolated from the mononuclear cell fraction by means of negative selection. Cells expressing CD2, CD14, CD16, CD36, CD43, and CD235a are depleted from the mononuclear cell population using immunomagnetic particles leaving purified, untouched CD19+ B cells. Isolated cells are characterized by flow cytometry before cryopreservation to ensure a highly pure and viable cell population. *Our CD19+ B Cells are isolated by means of negative selection.
