This Blocking Buffer contains no human proteins and has been specially optimized for detection of phosphoproteins on Western Blot. While the primary application of this buffer is for pIMAGO-based detection, it is also effective for any Western Blot detection method, including antibodies and phospho-antibodies. The Buffer is provided in 10x concentration and needs to be diluted to 1x with water (store both at 4 degrees Celsius).
