Custom ubiquitin(-like) probes with various C-terminal warheads (e.g. VME= vinylmethyl ester, PA = propagylamide, VS= vinyl sulfone, Dha= dehydroalanine) and N-terminal tags (e.g. TAMRA, Cy5, biotin).
Our total synthesis based technology platform allows us to prepare Ubiquitin(-like) (e.g. Ub, Nedd8, SUMO, etc.) probes with various C-terminal warheads (e.g. VME= vinylmethyl ester, PA = propagylamide, VS= vinyl sulfone, Dha= dehydroalanine) and N-terminal tags (e.g. TAMRA, Cy5 and biotin).
