"The first choice for reverse phase protein separation and analysis, BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 4.6 mm X 150 mm Columns contain 2.7 µm superficially-porous-silica particles having an average pore diameter of 450Å. The particles are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl bonding process that was specifically designed for LC or LC-MS analyses of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. Each batch is qualified using a gradient separation of the Waters mAb Subunit Standard (PN 186008927). Note P/N 176004168 contains a BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, 450A, 2.7 um, 4.6mm X 150mm, 1/pkg with Intact mAb Mass Check Standard (P/N 186006552) and mAb Subunit Standard (P/N 186008927).
