NebuSelect™ Influenza A H8N4 Hemagglutinin / HA Monoclonal Antibody (CAT# NBAB-106404) was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Influenza A virus H8N4 Hemagglutinin (rInfluenza A virus H8N4 Hemagglutinin; Met 1-Lys 529; ABB87729.1). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
