TriAltus Bioscience is dedicated to supporting scientists working at the forefront of human health innovation. Researchers advancing gene therapy, engineered diagnostics, early disease detection, and drug discovery require enzymes that combine high purity, high performance, and scalability, and TriAltus is built to meet those needs. At the center of its platform is the proprietary CLiM™ (CL7/Im7) purification technology, a breakthrough affinity tag-based system that enables exceptional purity, activity, and consistency in a single chromatography step. Enzymes produced using the CLiM™ platform are backed by rigorous quality control, lot-to-lot consistency, and detailed certificates of analysis, helping support smoother transitions from discovery through scale-up. TriAltus Bioscience offers genomic enzymes, proteases, and other specialized enzymes for advanced research applications.

TriAltus recombinant genomic enzymes are tag-free and purified using the proprietary CLiM™ affinity tag system. The company also offers custom scale-up and formulation options for catalog enzymes to meet specific research needs, whether higher concentrations, unique buffer conditions, or larger production volumes are required.
AapCas12b Protein is expressed in E. coli and features two C-terminal nuclear localization signals. It enables the inactive nuclease to be guided to specific double-stranded DNA sites for genome engineering and related applications.
TriAltus offers recombinant Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9 protein for genome editing with CRISPR technology. Expressed in Escherichia coli and equipped with two nuclear localization signals, this protein is suitable for gene editing workflows requiring reliable activity and consistent quality.
Phi29 DNA Polymerase is a highly processive isothermal enzyme derived from Bacillus subtilis phage phi29. It features robust 3′→5′ proofreading exonuclease activity and is well suited for applications requiring high-fidelity DNA amplification.
TAT-CRE Recombinase is used for site-specific DNA recombination in mammalian cells. It is a fusion protein that combines a nuclear localization sequence, the HIV-TAT cell-penetrating peptide, and Cre recombinase to support efficient intracellular delivery and recombination activity.
TriAltus also provides proteases and other specialized enzymes for protein purification and downstream analysis workflows. These products are designed for high efficiency, robust performance, and ease of use, helping reduce the need for extensive optimization in the lab.
PreScission Protease recognizes and cleaves the sequence LEVLFQ/GP to release the target protein from the Im7-bound CL7 tag. It is suitable for workflows requiring precise tag removal prior to downstream characterization or functional analysis.
SUMO Protease is used to release target proteins from TriAltus Im7 resin. Rather than recognizing a specific amino acid sequence, it recognizes the SUMO tertiary structure, enabling efficient cleavage and release of the target protein from the Im7-bound CL7 tag.
