● Trimethylthiazoline (TMT)
TMT is a liquid at room temperature and is supplied neat (no solvent or diluent). It is typically light yellow and may darken upon oxygen exposure over time. Recommended storage is 4–6°C, protected from light, in a glass vial. TMT is soluble in most organic solvents (e.g., methanol, ethanol, hexane, acetone) and insoluble in water. Due to limited toxicology information, handle with care and use appropriate PPE; contaminated glassware can be soaked overnight in 10% bleach to remove odor.

● Drug Discovery Services
1.PK/PD & Bioavailability: Bioavailability studies (oral, intraperitoneal, subcutaneous, topical/epicutaneous) using methods including LC-MS/MS, with assessment of oral bioavailability and blood–brain barrier (BBB) penetration potential.
2.Mechanism of Action (MoA): Cell-free and cell-based assays including biomolecular interaction analysis (e.g., BLI), enzyme assays (kinases/proteases), target validation/engagement via overexpression or genetic suppression, and target ID using click chemistry and proteomics.
3.Screening & SAR: In silico, cell-free, and cell-based screening of focused/diversity libraries to identify hits/scaffolds and build structure–activity relationships to guide potency optimization.
4.Medicinal Chemistry: Support for early discovery programs, including click-chemistry tools for target identification and small-scale synthesis of APIs/analogs.
● Clinical Services
1.In vitro Gut / BBB Models: Cell models to predict GI absorption and BBB permeability, plus assays to identify potential transporter interactions.
2.Pathology: Tissue processing, histology staining, immunostaining, and quantitative image analysis using brightfield, fluorescence, and confocal microscopy.
3.Clinical Services: BioSRQ can support clinical programs by assisting with study planning, regulatory submission materials, clinical sample collection, and sample analysis.
