Immunochemistry: Diagnostic reagents based on antigen–antibody reactions for accurate measurement of serum proteins in blood. Main formats include:Latex agglutination reagents (latex particle agglutination-based detection) and TIA reagents (turbidimetric immunoassay measuring aggregates formed by antigen–antibody reactions). Both are designed to run on general-purpose automated analyzers for fast, convenient testing.

Clinical ChemistryReagents used not only for disease diagnosis but also for screening and prevention programs. Compatible with general-purpose automated analyzers, enabling rapid routine testing—especially for direct HDL-C and LDL-C measurement.

BacteriologyDenka’s bacterial typing antisera are widely used in clinical microbiology and public health laboratories in Japan. The portfolio supports broad bacterial serotyping and includes toxin-related assays such as E. coli Shiga toxin and Staphylococcal enterotoxin detection reagents.

Virology: Leveraging proprietary platforms (cell/virus culture, cell fusion, recombinant DNA, etc.), Denka develops antigen/antibody tests for viral infection diagnosis using serum, plasma, stool, and other body fluids.

Advanced Cardiovascular Risk Biomarkers: Assay menu covering biomarkers such as LDL-C, Lp(a), small dense LDL-C, CRP, HDL-C, remnant lipoprotein cholesterol, and more.

POCT (Point-of-Care Testing)Denka develops and supplies the QuickNavi™ series of rapid diagnostic kits for infectious disease antigen detection.

■ Featured Product (In Stock): Denka Seiken Receptor Destroying Enzyme Ⅱ — RDE (II) “SEIKEN” (Cat. 340122)

RDE (II) “SEIKEN” is used for influenza virus HI (hemagglutination inhibition) testing to eliminate non-specific hemagglutination inhibitors in serum specimens. It uses receptor destroying enzyme produced from Vibrio cholerae serovar Ogawa strain 558. The product is supplied as a lyophilized preparation, 20 mL × 5 vials, and each vial contains 2 mg kanamycin sulfate as a preservative.
