pIMAGO™ is a universal phosphoprotein detection reagent developed by Tymora Analytical. This innovative antibody-free technology provides a highly efficient, safe, and unbiased method for phosphoprotein detection.The pIMAGO platform is based on water-soluble spherical nanopolymers (dendrimers) that are multifunctionally engineered to incorporate two essential components:

Reactive groups (e.g., Ti(IV) ions) that enable highly specific recognition of phosphate groups

Reporter groups (such as biotin or fluorescent tags) that generate measurable detection signals
