Tryp-N™ is a thermophilic metalloprotease engineered at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory with N-terminal specificity for arginine and lysine. By generating peptides in which basic centers are concentrated at the N-terminus, it produces b-ion-dominant MS/MS spectra that can improve spectral clarity and sensitivity. ProtiFi describes Tryp-N™ as fast, stable across a wide range of conditions, and useful for applications such as PTM localization and difficult protein digestion.

SimpliFi™ is a browser-based online platform designed to turn quantitative omics data into accessible biological insight. According to ProtiFi, it can accept and integrate data from proteomics, lipidomics, metabolomics, transcriptomics, and other quantitative omics methods, then present results through interactive visualizations such as enriched differential pathways, GO analysis, cell markers, protein interaction networks, and molecular-level classification outputs.
