●MED Probes

Alpha MED Scientific offers MED Probes as the core sensing component of the MED64 platform. These probes feature planar microelectrodes embedded in the center of a transparent glass substrate, with low electrode impedance for excellent signal-to-noise performance and stimulation capability. The probe portfolio includes multiple configurations for different experimental models and recording needs.

The hardware lineup is built around the MED64 extracellular recording platform and includes system configurations such as the MED64-Basic, MED64-Quad II, and MED64-Allegro. These systems are designed for in vitro electrophysiology applications across acute slices, cultured cells, and other assay formats, with dedicated amplifiers, connectors, and system components that support stable, high-sensitivity MEA recording workflows.

Alpha MED Scientific provides Mobius as the data acquisition and analysis software for the MED64-Basic, Quad II, and Allegro systems.
