●TransFix® Bulk Stabilizer
TransFix® Bulk Stabilizer is developed for leukocyte immunophenotyping in flow cytometry and is used for effective stabilization of human whole blood samples. The product is CE/IVD certified and available in multiple packaging formats, including 20 mL and 1 mL options. Beyond human whole blood, TransFix® is also suitable for a wide range of specimen types, including cerebrospinal fluid, lymph node samples, bone marrow, animal blood, circulating tumor cells, cell-free RNA applications, and exosome-related workflows. TransFix® is designed to preserve cellular surface antigens and prevent cellular degradation for extended storage and transport, with published materials describing stabilization of leukocytes and leukocyte antigens for up to 14 days in blood samples.

CytoMark also provides a series of essential reagents for routine flow cytometry sample preparation, instrument operation, and system maintenance.
☉CytoLyse Red Cell Lysing Solution: CytoLyse is intended for the lysis of red blood cells in human whole blood before flow cytometric analysis. It lyses erythrocytes under mild hypotonic conditions while preserving leukocytes for downstream analysis, making it suitable for both untreated samples and TransFix-treated samples following immunofluorescent antibody staining.
☉CytoSheath Sheath Fluid: CytoSheath is an isotonic phosphate-buffered solution used to support cell transport within the fluidics system of flow cytometers. Its azide-free formulation makes it suitable for applications that require compatibility with cell sorting workflows.
☉CytoKleen Fluidics Cleaning Solution: CytoKleen is formulated for cleaning the sample and fluidics pathways of flow cytometers. It helps flush away residual protein deposits and cellular debris to support stable instrument performance.
☉CytoRinse Disinfecting Cleaning Solution: CytoRinse is a sodium hypochlorite-based solution for routine cleaning and decontamination of flow cytometer components. It is supplied as a ready-to-use product and does not require dilution before use.
