●Collagen
Representative products such as HumaDerm - Human Skin Collagen Type I are well suited for applications including 2D and 3D cell culture. They can be used for coating tissue culture surfaces to support rapid cell attachment and growth, and can also be used for hydrogel preparation. In bioink and bioprinting applications, they help support the printing of stable tissue structures, while in tissue engineering they can contribute to the formation of mature and functional human vascular structures.
●Gelatin
Huma OsteoGelMA is the methacrylated version of Humabiologics’ human bone gelatin, Huma OsteoGelatin. It is extracted from nutrient-rich human bone tissue sourced from tissue partners meeting transplantable human tissue requirements. Its photocrosslinkable properties enable tunable 3D gels for a wide range of applications, including 3D bioprinting, 3D culture, and many other tissue engineering and regenerative medicine research applications.
●General ECM
HumaMatrix is a lyophilized natural human extracellular matrix suitable for coating and hydrogel applications and is soluble in dilute acid at approximately pH 2.0. Because it is derived from nutrient-rich human tissue and processed using minimal proprietary procedures, it retains native matrix proteins and growth factors such as collagen, elastin, laminin, and glycosaminoglycans. The human tissue used is tested negative for HIV-1 and -2, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and other infectious agents. It is intended for research use only. Recommended storage is at -20°C, with aliquots stored at -80°C and freeze-thaw cycles avoided. It is also available as a 20 mg/ml solution for preparing strong hydrogels, bioprinting, and cell culture applications, and may be diluted as needed. Available formats include 5 ml, 10 ml (2 × 5 ml), and 25 ml.
●Matrix Proteins
The ECM contains a variety of matrix proteins, such as collagen, elastin, and laminin. These proteins provide structural support for cells and participate in physiological processes including cell adhesion, migration, and signaling.
●Tissue-Specific ECM
Extracellular matrix products developed for specific tissues. ECM derived from different tissue sources can vary significantly in physicochemical and biological properties, helping meet the need for tissue-specific microenvironment simulation in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine research and providing culture and tissue construction conditions that more closely resemble in vivo settings.

Representative products such as Huma OsteoGelMA can form hydrogels through photoinitiated polymerization after methacrylation.
