Accutase

A natural enzyme mixture with both proteolytic and collagenolytic activity. It can function as an alternative to both trypsin and collagenase, while offering a gentler profile due to its lower working concentration and reduced toxicity.

Applications include human embryonic stem cell culture, cell surface marker analysis, viral growth assays, serum starvation-induced quiescence studies, oncogene transfection transformation assays, neural crest cell migration assays, cell proliferation assays, apoptosis assays, contact inhibition studies, tumor cell migration assays, routine cell passaging, scale-up production in bioreactors, and flow cytometry.

Key advantages include gentle and efficient dissociation of adherent cell lines, excellent performance in embryonic and neural stem cell culture, preservation of most epitopes for downstream flow cytometry, no need for neutralization during passaging, and convenient bottle storage with good stability under refrigeration.

Accumax

A ready-to-use, non-mammalian, non-bacterial enzymatic solution designed as a broad replacement for trypsin and collagenase in tissue dissociation, cell counting, and dispersion of cell aggregates. It can improve the accuracy of cell counting and can also be added to aggregated samples during cell sorting to help extend sort time.

AccutaseLZ

AccutaseLZ is a lyophilized formulation of Accutase cell detachment solution. It can be reconstituted simply with distilled water, without the need for additional components. After reconstitution and sterile filtration, it can be used as a non-mammalian, non-bacterial alternative to trypsin. Like Accutase, it provides both protease and collagenase activity. Cells can remain in AccutaseLZ for several hours while maintaining integrity and viability, without the need for washing or neutralization.

AccutaseGMP

AccutaseGMP is a ready-to-use, non-mammalian, non-bacterial enzymatic solution developed for applications that require GMP-grade products. It provides the same cell dissociation performance as Accutase while being manufactured under GMP processes within an ISO 13485:2016 quality management system. AccutaseGMP is 20 nm virus-filtered and tested according to USP <71> for sterility and USP <81> for endotoxins, and contains no mammalian- or bacterial-derived components.

Applications include research-stage studies, cell and gene therapy manufacturing, bioreactor culture systems, large-scale cell production, and tissue-based product manufacturing.
