●ONEPot Immunoassay

Kits for building homogeneous immunoassays using your own antibodies, based on the OpenGUS immunoassay platform with mutant β-glucuronidase (GUS).

●Long ssDNA Preparation Kits

Designed for the preparation of long single-stranded DNA of up to 10,000 bases with defined sequence and length. The principle is straightforward and the workflow is simple, helping ensure high yield and high quality. Suitable for applications such as gene synthesis, cloning, and sequencing that require long ssDNA.

●S-Palmitoylation

Converts protein S-palmitoyl/acyl groups into a unique multifunctional tag (MfTag), providing information such as total S-palmitoylation levels and integrated S-palmitoylated proteins in a sample. Compared with traditional methods, this approach offers higher specificity, improved protein recovery, shorter reaction time, and a simpler workflow. Suitable for research on post-translational modifications, especially the detection and analysis of S-palmitoylation.

●Next Generation RIPA

Includes UltraRIPA Buffer, RIPA Buffer, and UltraRIPA kits for lipid rafts. These products are used for efficient membrane protein extraction and lysis of mammalian tissues and cells, supporting high-quality sample preparation for protein research.

●RNA Marker

Includes prestained markers for ssRNA and dsRNA, as well as DIG-labeled and prestained markers for ssRNA. These RNA markers are supplied with loading buffer and are suitable for RNA electrophoresis under non-denaturing gel conditions. They are used in RNA research for electrophoretic analysis and for quantitative and qualitative detection.

●Protein Markers

Ready-to-use prestained protein molecular weight markers that remain stable for up to one year at 4°C while maintaining clear band resolution. Suitable for monitoring protein transfer from gel to membrane and for use in protein blotting workflows.

●pET Vectors

Expression vectors driven by the T7 promoter, including high-copy, medium-copy, and LacI-regulated expression formats. Ampicillin- and kanamycin-resistant selection markers are available. Depending on the insertion site, these vectors can be used to express either His-tag fusion proteins or untagged proteins. Suitable for protein expression in E. coli using the T7 expression system and applicable to genetic engineering, protein production, and purification.

●SDS-PAGE

Enables electrophoresis to be completed in as little as 15 minutes for mini-gel formats at 250 V, without the need for expensive gradient gels. Suitable for routine analyses including CBB staining, silver staining, and protein blotting. A 6% AA gel format provides higher blotting efficiency, and the 20× solution format helps save both time and cost in the laboratory.

●Soil DNA Extraction

Extrap Soil DNA Kit Plus Ver.2 is a high-efficiency kit designed for the extraction and purification of microbial DNA from environmental samples such as soil and activated sludge. Based on magnetic bead technology, the kit uses strong bead-beating action to purify DNA from a wide range of microbial species while effectively suppressing DNA adsorption to soil particles, helping ensure both DNA quality and yield.
