●QuantSeq Expression Profiling Library Prep Kits

Since its launch in 2014, the QuantSeq series has been cited in more than 1,600 academic publications and has become a gold-standard solution for gene expression analysis. Compared with conventional mRNA-Seq, this technology reduces sequencing costs by up to fivefold and is suitable even for FFPE samples and degraded RNA samples. QuantSeq 3′ mRNA-Seq kits generate Illumina-compatible next-generation sequencing libraries that capture sequences close to the 3′ end of poly(A) RNA. By generating only one fragment per transcript, the technology enables accurate gene expression quantification while significantly reducing sequencing depth requirements and supporting high-level multiplexing.
