1. Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Testing

•ResistancePlus® GC: A single-well qPCR assay for the detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and markers associated with ciprofloxacin susceptibility. The test has been validated across a range of specimen types and collection devices.

•ResistancePlus® MG: A single-well qPCR assay for the detection of Mycoplasma genitalium and macrolide resistance markers.

•ResistancePlus® MG FleXible: A cartridge-based assay designed for the Cepheid GeneXpert system, enabling detection of Mycoplasma genitalium and macrolide resistance markers.

•PlexPCR® Flu/RSV/SARS-CoV-2: An IVDR Class D–certified assay designed to detect clinically relevant seasonal respiratory viruses in a single multiplex qPCR test, including Influenza A, Influenza B, Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV A & B), and SARS-CoV-2.

•PlexPCR® SARS-CoV-2: A dual-target, single-well multiplex qPCR assay for the detection of the COVID-19–causing coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). The test is compatible with other respiratory virus assays and the PlexPrep™ automation system, providing a simple and scalable workflow.

•PlexPCR® RespiVirus: A two-well multiplex qPCR assay capable of detecting 11 respiratory viruses, including Influenza A, Influenza B, Rhinovirus (A & B), RSV (A & B), Human Metapneumovirus, Adenovirus, and Human Parainfluenza Virus types 1, 2, 3, and 4.
