The flagship product, NanoSizer FLOW GMP, enables a seamless transition from laboratory-scale R&D to commercial-scale manufacturing, with processing volumes ranging from 50 mL to over 500 L. It delivers outstanding performance with a low polydispersity index (as low as ~0.05) and high encapsulation efficiency (>99%). This system represents the company’s positioning as an “LNP industrial-scale production platform,” analogous to providing “mRNA vaccine factory equipment.” The instrument portfolio also includes systems such as the LipX Extruder, a single-use extrusion system that further expands its equipment offerings.
