Target: Gonadotropin releasing hormone receptor

Alias: GRHR, LHRHR

GNRHR（促性腺激素释放激素受体）是表达于垂体促性腺激素细胞表面的G蛋白偶联受体。其结合GnRH后可激活PLC/IP3-DAG等信号通路，调控黄体生成素（LH）和促卵泡素（FSH）的合成与分泌。
