KLB（β-Klotho）是Klotho家族的跨膜辅助受体，主要与FGFR家族成员形成受体复合物，介导FGF19、FGF21等代谢激素信号。KLB参与胆汁酸代谢、葡萄糖稳态、脂质代谢及能量平衡调控。
