Primocin® is designed to offer complete protection of primary cells from microbial contamination. Primocin® is a broad-spectrum antibiotic formulation that is gentle on your cells but lethal to the microbes. There are a number of common sources of microbial contamination especially in the isolation of primary cells from both animal and human tissue, including commensal flora and/or subclinical infections.
Recombinant human TNF-α is a high-quality and biologically active cytokine, validated using proprietary TNF-α reporter cells. This pro-inflammatory cytokine of the TNF superfamily is produced in CHO cells to ensure protein glycosylation and bona fide 3D structure.
Zeocin® is a formulation of phleomycin D1 used for the selection of bacteria and eukaryotic cells, provided as a sterile, cell culture-tested solution or powder. This member of the bleomycin/phleomycin family is a water-soluble, copper-chelated glycopeptide antibiotic, produced by a proprietary strain of Streptomyces verticillus. Zeocin® causes cell death by intercalating into DNA and cleaving it. The action of Zeocin® is effective on most aerobic cells, such as bacteria, eukaryotic microorganisms, plant cells, and animal cells.
pTRIOZ-hIgG4 (S228P)is designed for high-yield production of whole monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) with the use of a single plasmid. It consists of three cassettes encoding for the expression of the mAb heavy chain, light chain, and antibiotic selection with Zeocin®. 
Puromycin is a selection antibiotic for mammalian, insect, and bacterial cells, available as a sterile, cell culture-tested solution. Puromycin dihydrochloride is an aminonucleoside antibiotic naturally produced by Streptomyces alboniger as a tyrosyl tRNA analog.
