NebuSelect™ Anti-DYKDDDDK (FLAG® epitope Tag) Monoclonal Antibody (HRP) (CAT# NBAB-105730) was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, the synthetic peptide corresponding to the DYKDDDDK-tag sequence (CDYKDDDDK). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugated with horseradish-peroxidase (HRP).
